Due to the nature of our products and in order to maintain quality and fairness to all of our customers, we do not accept returns or offer refunds. Instead, we are happy to offer store credit for eligible items under the conditions outlined below.

 

 

Eligibility for Store Credit:

To be eligible for store credit, your item must meet the following criteria:

 


  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
  • You must request store credit within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • The item must not be marked as Final Sale or Non-Returnable in the product description.

 

How to Request Store Credit:

  1. Email our customer service team at Critesgina712@gmail.com with your order number and reason for your request.
  2. If your request is approved, we will provide instructions on how to send the item back to us (at your own shipping expense).
  3. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will issue a store credit code via email.

Important Notes


  • We do not refund original shipping costs.
  • Store credit does not expire and can be used on any future purchase.
  • We are not responsible for return shipping costs or lost return packages.
