At Gina’s Mercantile, we take great care in packaging and preparing your order for shipment. Once your order has been handed off to the shipping carrier, it is considered out of our hands.
Please note:
Gina’s Mercantile is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged in transit. Any issues that occur after shipment must be resolved directly with the carrier. We recommend contacting the shipping provider with your tracking number to file a claim if necessary.
We strongly encourage customers to double-check their shipping information before placing an order. Incorrect or incomplete addresses may result in delivery issues for which we cannot be held accountable.
